SHARED SERVICES INITIATIVE
COMMITTEE MEMBERS
The members of the shared services committee are four representatives selected by the mayor and council of each of their respective communities and include both elected and administrative personnel. Each community must have at least three representatives present to conduct the business of the committee.

The committee is assisted by representatives for the consulting firm of Jersey Professional Management (JPM) Group, Dan Mason, Principal. Dan will be assisted by a team of experts in the various areas of governmental management throughout the process.
